Carpet Cleaning

New England Steam Clean’s truck mounted hot water extraction machine is powerful enough to tackle any job! Our machine has the ability to heat water up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit; enough to take on the most soiled carpeting, tile and grout. We carry our own water onboard our truck, and since the unit is contained inside the truck, we don’t need to use your electricity or water. No need to worry about excessive utility bills or tripped breakers after our visit.

New England Steam Clean’s Carpet Cleaning Services uses a hot water extraction process which is a highly effective method for removing all dust, including:

• Dust mites
• Dead skin
• Pet dander

These can be harmful to people with sensitive skin, allergies and asthma. Cleaning at temperatures in the 200 degree range can kill bacteria on contact. New England Steam Clean’s extraction system process vacuums all of the water, dirt and debris out through our specially made hoses where it is stored in our onboard water tanks. The water is later disposed of properly and responsibly off-site.

7 Step Carpet Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection
We sit down with you for an in-person, no obligation meeting. We evaluate the condition of your carpet, develop a plan to tackle your mess, and provide you with a price quote that is valid for 30 days.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
Using our incredibly powerful vacuums, we remove 99.97% of particles in your carpet. HEPA filters catch fragments that are 300x smaller than the width of a human hair. This will revitalize your carpet by removing dry soil and also create a healthier indoor environment by removing particles that would go airborne with other vacuums.

Step 3: Pre-Condition
Our conditioning treatment is critical to keeping your carpets looking, feeling and smelling their best. The powerful cleaning solution is applied to the fibers to remove any baseline stains. Like all of our cleaning productions, the conditioning solution is environmentally friendly and safe for you and your family.

Step 4: Agitation
We fully agitate our cleaning solutions prior to applying them to your carpet - a technique that sets us apart from less meticulous cleaning providers. The agitation of the carpet allows the solutions to dwell in the carpet fibers, bring them to their upright position and removes soil, dust and anything else from your carpet.

Step 5: Rinse
We pride ourselves in a thorough rinse of your carpet, flushing out all of the soil trapped within the fibers. Inefficient rinsing can result in a carpet actually looking worse after cleaning due to solution being left behind. We leave no soapy residue behind, ensuring your carpet will look and feel clean longer.

Step 6: Pad & Protect Furniture
We wrap your furniture in plastic and/or place styrofoam blocks beneath them. This allows proper air flow to the carpet as it dries. It’s mutually beneficial for both your furniture and your carpet, preventing staining of either one.

Step 7: Set Pile
This is when we re-groom your carpet, aiding in the drying process and leaving your carpet feeling soft and looking refreshed.

We offer a wide-range of deodorizing treatments. Basic topic sprays are effective for most odors. We have other options available for stronger odors.

Carpet Protector
Protection is a great way to protect the investment you have made in your home with your carpet. Most carpet manufactures require annual cleaning and application of carpet protector to keep your warranty valid.
